Karoline Stava has been part of Kystdesign since 2021. What stood out was the opportunity to see the entire product come together, and getting to follow the process from individual components to a finished ROV.
Attention to Detail
After starting out as a CNC Operator, she stepped into the role of Quality Control Inspector about a year ago, and she now plays an important part in ensuring the quality of components used in our ROV systems.
Today, Karoline’s main responsibility is inspecting machined parts. She ensures that every component meets the required drawings, specifications, and quality standards before it becomes part of a larger system.
A typical day involves inspecting parts, documenting findings, and writing reports. It is detailed work that requires both precision and concentration.

For Karoline, the combination of interesting work, continuous learning, and supportive colleagues is what makes Kystdesign such a rewarding place to work.
