For Liv Johanne, working at Kystdesign is all about continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
When Liv Johanne Snare joined Kystdesign as HSEQ & QA Manager in June 2023, she had already come across Kystdesign’s ROVs through previous work in the shipping industry. Even so, it was the people that made the strongest first impression.
«It was easy to find my place here. People are welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing a good job», she says.
Liv Johanne works with HSEQ and quality management, helping ensure that Kystdesign’s systems and processes continue to support the company’s growth. Her responsibilities range from maintaining and improving management systems to following up on procedures, reviewing new and updated requirements, and responding to customer questions related to quality and HSEQ.

Despite the rapid growth, she still knows everyone’s name, an impressive accomplishment as the team continues to expand!
Cycling to Paris
Outside of work, Liv Johanne enjoys spending time with family, cycling, and contributing to local sports organizations. This summer, she will take on a big challenge as part of Team Rynkeby, cycling all the way to Paris for charity.
