Initially set to join as CFO, Tore Nedland quickly stepped into the role of CEO at Kystdesign. With a clear vision and a strong focus on people, he’s now guiding our next chapter of growth.
With a solid track record from high-growth companies, Tore brought the structure, perspective, and momentum needed as Kystdesign transitioned from a founder-led company to a scalable organization. In just a short time, we have welcomed a wave of talents and major milestones have been reached!
Tore’s focus is on building a company where leadership is shared and expertise is developed across teams. He is convinced that the strength of Kystdesign lies in its people.
“I wouldn’t have stepped into the CEO role if I didn’t already know how skilled and committed the team here is”, Tore says.
He’s hands-on, visible around the workshop, and always ready to listen. Tore wants to make sure people feel trusted, supported, and ready to take ownership.
Tore finds joy in the everyday. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him spending time with family, maintaining the house and garden, or taking care of the family summerhouse in Nedstrand. He’s also recently returned to his hobby of competitive rifle shooting with the Haugesund and Sveio Shooting Club.
