The KD-Con™ master card is designed to be the KD-Con™ subsea master. For improved system performance a dual 485 serial communication interface has been implemented. Main task is to control the other KD-Con™ cards locally and do “housekeeping”, such as system voltage monitoring along with water leak and ground fault detection. It has camera power, focus and zoom controls and an isolated cathodic protection (CP) input.
